Scouting America Troop 171 Information Session

Do you know a 6th - 11th grader who likes the outdoors? Want your daughter to learn some independence, responsibility and leadership skills? Welcome to Scouting America: fun with a purpose.  

Scouting America Troop 171 is hosting an information session on Wednesday, September 23 at 7 PM at Second Presbyterian Church. The meeting will be held outside at the picnic shelter on the north side of the Second Presbyterian Church campus.  

If your daughter loves adventure and the outdoors, and is between the ages of 11 and 17, please join us to learn more about our program and meet our Scouts. This year’s activity schedule includes camping, hiking, skiing, pioneering, backpacking, campfire cooking and more! Parents should plan on attending this meeting with their daughter, as details on registration and safety will be presented.
