Youth
Youth Ministries at Second is a vibrant, welcoming space for middle school and high school students (grades 6–12) to explore their faith, grow in community, and discover who God is calling them to be. We believe this is a place to be curious, ask big questions, share your joys and struggles, and experience transformation through the love of Christ.
The youth ministry of Second Presbyterian Church aims to create a place of belonging where all are known, formed, and sent as disciples and connects youth to a welcoming community of faith where Jesus Christ transforms lives. In all we do, we seek to maintain the values of faithfulness, inclusion, joy, and fruitfulness.
Whether you’re navigating the changes of middle school or facing the challenges of high school, you don’t have to do it alone. We’re here to walk alongside you every step of the way—with open hearts, listening ears, and a community that welcomes you exactly as you are.
Who: Students in 6th–12th grades

More Than a Program—A Community:
Youth ministry at Second doesn’t just happen in the Youth Suite or during special events. It happens everywhere—wherever youth are engaged in the life of the church. We’re committed to helping young people connect to the ministries and mission areas they’re passionate about.
We also know that youth thrive when families are involved. That’s why we invite parents, caregivers, and other caring adults to walk alongside us in the faith formation journey.

From September to May, join us in the Youth Suite (Second Floor) on Sunday mornings at 9 AM and Wednesday evenings at 6:30 PM.
