This welcoming community of faith shares a beautiful kindness, strengthened by the Holy Spirit as we hold faith, together. Your deep sense of mission and compassion has transcended our separation. Thank you for remembering those in need among us; thank you for sharing your enduring spirit of generosity through prayer and acts of service. We join with you as, together, we lift up the most vulnerable in our community and around the world.
Every year we join voices with others around our country and around the world, to lift up the needs of those facing hunger. In this uncertain time, we invite you to learn more about Bread for the World and how you can help end hunger by writing a note to your representative.
As a founding member of Umoja Partnership, we ask you to join us in prayer for our brothers and sisters in western Kenya. We invite you to visit the Umoja Facebook page and write a note of encouragement for the students, guardians and staff of the Umoja Partnership.
Although we cannot conduct a blood drive at Second this spring, Versiti community blood centers are still receiving blood donations. We are grateful for their faithful work! You can find locations and sign up online. The mission work of Northside Food Pantry continues! We are open three days a week to welcome our Washington Township neighbors. We invite you to share this important ministry with those in need. |
