As communications coordinator, Celia manages the flow of information about programs and ministries at Second. She also edits the church's Spire magazine and oversees e-newsletters and website content.

She has been a business communications specialist for more than 35 years with experience as account supervisor at the world’s largest public relations firm, Hill and Knowlton, public relations director at a regional advertising agency, marketing communications manager at an entrepreneurial international technology company, and partner in a marketing agency. Celia was an independent business consultant for two decades, serving a variety of clients and industries.

Celia holds a B.A. in English from Agnes Scott College and an M.B.A. in marketing from Georgia State University. Celia and her husband Mark live in Carmel and have two adult children.
