Erica O'Neil is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has a heart and passion for grief and bereavement work. She considers it her highest honor to hold sacred space with bereaved families. Erica has over 20 years of experience serving families and children in various settings, including schools, community mental health centers, home-based counseling, medical rehabilitation, and hospice.

Through the years, Erica has developed a family systems expertise in helping individuals and families facing developmental delay diagnoses, mental health diagnoses, and serious illness and the resultant losses. A cornerstone of her work is to uphold unconditional positive regard for all she serves and with whom she comes into contact.
