Identity, Formation, and Restoration
The Christian life isn’t just about what we believe—it’s about who we are becoming and how we live. This talk explores three essential movements of a faithful life: receiving our identity as God’s beloved, being formed into Christlike character, and working for the flourishing of others. When we skip steps, we end up striving, burned out, or unintentionally harming others. But when these stay connected, they form a sustainable, integrated way of life. Together, we’ll consider how to move from right belief to faithful practice without losing the foundation beneath it.
Jon and his wife Annie partnered with many wonderful staff, volunteers and committee members to start and sustain Young Life in and around Indianapolis from 2003 to 2015.
