Today we light the second candle which is the candle of peace. Jesus is the Prince of Peace. As the prophet Isaiah said, “For to us a child is born, a son is given; the authority rests upon his shoulders; and he is named Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
