B. Williams
Men's Ensemble Director
Rev.
William B. Williams brings thirty-eight years
of experience as an Associate Pastor/ Minister
of Music to his role as director of the Mens
Ensemble. Holding a Masters degree in church music
from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, Williams
career has focused on many facets of church ministry.
In addition to serving as a choral/instrumental
conductor and vocal soloist, other areas of experience
include worship planning and leadership, pastoral
care and grief care, and marriage preparation.
Williams has organized and directed youth choir
mission projects, retreats, and concert tours
in six states, the District of Columbia, and Ontario,
Canada. He has conducted annual seminars in church
music administration for Asbury Theological Seminary,
served as guest lecturer at the Southern Baptist
Theological Seminary, and completed short term
mission assignments in Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya,
Brazil, and Russia. Honors and awards include
serving as President of the Kentucky Baptist Music
Association, Chair for Music and Worship of the
Kentucky Choral Directors Association, and
receiving the Eugene F. Quinn Lifetime Achievement
Award in Church Music.
