Suncatchers - Meghan’s Angels
Second’s Music and Fine Arts Department proudly presents “Meghan’s Angels,” , The Lord’s Prayer. This beautiful, etched, crystal suncatcher features a praying angel and the Lord’s Prayer scripture reference. Packed in giftable white cases, you may purchase at $15 each or two for $25, during Coffee Hours on Sunday mornings and in the Music and Fine Arts office throughout the week. Proceeds will benefit the MFA Outreach Ministry Fund for adult and children’s choir missions.

The eleven Narthex windows, from which the suncatchers were copied, were commissioned in 1990 after gifted chorister Meghan Kelly Parker was killed in a tragic automobile accident.  Her mother, Barbara, now serves an Illinois Presbyterian congregation as Senior Pastor.
The Parker family wholeheartedly endorses this MFA project, hoping “Meghan’s Angels” will bring a bit of their namesake’s beauty and strong faith to you and to those whom you love.  More information.
