Sages of Second is
a friendly, committed, enthusiastic group of 1,100+ Second Church members who have celebrated their sixtieth. Sage events include monthly luncheon programs with different speakers whose
topics range from arts, faith journeys, health
issues, travel and more. The Sages enjoy
special trips and activities throughout the year
such as theatre and concerts, brunches, special
trips and cruises. The fellowship often involves
the pleasure of a shared meal. Many Sages are
also leaders in a variety of mission
activities at Second Presbyterian Church. Their programs, trips and activities are all open to the congregation, friends and the community.

There are several ministries open to men at Second Presbyterian Church. These include the Men's Fellowship Breakfast and Bible Study on Tuesdays at 7 a.m. in the Youth Lounge. The study is led by Dr. Jim Riley. Dr. Riley designs the study with discussion questions which help us see how God’s Word guides our living in today’s world. Breakfast includes pancakes, coffee and juice, and the cost is only $2. No reservation needed. The men of Second Presbyterian Church also organize several annual events at Second Presbyterian, like the Men's Steak Dinner and Sweetheart Banquet.

The Presbyterian Women of Second Presbyterian Church is open to every woman member of the church. All women members of Second Presbyterian Church who accept the purpose of PW and who are willing to contribute through service, prayers or gifts to the work of PW and Second church are considered members. The PW sponsor a variety of Bible studies throughout the week and are involved with many mission projects at Second. Additionally four times a year the PW sponsor gatherings which include a luncheon and special guest speakers.

ReNew is a welcoming community of similar aged adults (between the ages of 20 – 35) which seeks to glorify God through the practices of hospitality, fellowship and service. “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your minds, so that you may discern what is the will of God—what is good and acceptable and perfect.” - Romans 12:2
